The artist duo creating their art under the name "LONN" consists of Nell Ritmeester and Madelon de Joode, mother and daughter. Both live in the center of the Netherlands. Their art pieces are built around the main material, clay.
Both are inspired by nature but also by the structures of Alberobello in Puglia and the minimal art movement. These elements find their symbiosis in the art of LONN.
Although of Dutch descent their work has a distinct international appeal, appreciated by art lovers around the globe.
